i have a question about 3ds saving and trading in for new 3ds

so I know that you can transfer 3ds data to new 3ds so if I trade in my 3ds xl,and I put my sd card in my sisters 3ds will I be able t get everything to the new 3ds including Nintendo nnid.wht im asking is EVRYTHING data related saved on my sd card or is somethings like id info only on the systems?
