I made Deoxys faint....

I i'm the delta episode, and I accidentally made him faint from a really weak Pokemon (I think it was my HM slave Latias) Does he have really low Sp. Def and/or Def? And is there a was to get him back using some sort of method?

EDIT: I saved in front of Rayquaza, and I felt like I wouldn't get the chance to catch him again using a quick ball, and the cut scene was suuper long also.

If you battle the Elite Four, you can rematch Deoxys at the Sky Pillar.

You can rematch Deoxys after you beat the elite four, like Lios said, or you can close the game because you had saved before you battled Raquaza and just catch Raquaza again then face Deoxys. You might want to use low power moves as it faints easily.

Yeah Deoxys has really low HP, Def and SP Def

I never really thought Deoxys to be strong anyways. Deoxys-Defense is a tank, sure, and Deoxys-Attack can put a dent in an opponent's team..but base Deoxys just really doesn't benefit anyone's team a lot.

Next time you should use a move like hypnosis/yawn (or any other sleep inducing move) or thunder wave as well as false swipe. This will increase your chances of catching a pokemon, while reducing the risk of a potential ko.

U have to beat again the elite 4 to find him again, its a long one

A tactic I haven't actually tried out, but could work, would be to have a Pokemon with the ability Harvest and the move Bestow (two attributes held by exeggcute), and another with False Swipe. EV train the exeggcute in defense and sp defense and evolve it, and give it a Leppa Berry. Buy a load of balls, Timer and Ultra, and bring Deoxys down to 1hp with False Swipe. Then, use Bestow with the Leppa berry to stop it struggling occasionally, and just throw balls till you catch it. Struggle was always the reason Deoxys died on me.

either go back to your save and catch rayquaza, or face the elite four and fight him and sky pillar. To catch him, either freeze it, paralyze it, or put it to sleep. Any status effect that stops it from attacking makes it easier to catch also, and that works on every pokemon, not just deoxys. You could also use false swipe, which is found in Rustboro pokemart, just talk to the NPC in the suit.

^ Yeah,what everyone else said, If you kill it it will re-appear on Sky Pillar after you beat the Elite Four for the second time.So you don't have to worry about Deoxys.Lol I have defeated the Elite Four many times yet I'm too lazy to catch Deoxys now .

You could always go beat the Elite Four again and it should reappear at Sky Pillar as everyone had said . Regular Deoxys isn't very bulky so using weak moves are more better advised . You just have to know that feeling of making a legendary Pokemon faint ;-;
