I need an Xerneas if aanyone has one. If it is a normal Xerneas I'll pay 5pc for it . If it is shiny I'll pay 8 pc. However, if you have a Dialga and Xerneas I'll give 10pc and a Zygarde.

Xerneas is shiny locked in X/Y so the only was to get one would be hacking, so you can't buy a shiny one, sorry
