I need help picking a size.....

Okay so I want to order a jacket/hoodie off Amazon but I had read a bunch of the reviews for the item I want to get and many said to get a size up. But they mention that the sizes might be off. So this left me confused...I don't know if I should get a small or a medium.

Here's the sizes:

S ：155-160CM
M：160-165CM
L：165-173CM
XL:173-180CM

I'm 4'7 or 4'8 (though the seven and eight makes no real difference in my stature ) so I would be an XS in American sizes. So would I get S? Or a Medium?

Should I play it safe and get Medium? Sorry for all the questions.

If you're still growing, might as well go with a medium, it'll give you growing room.

Thanks so much for the help, I think the medium would be best too (not to mention it could shrink a bit in the wash)
