So, I have an "old" 3ds system from 2012 with a 2G SD card. I want to download the new AoT game, but it requires an insanely immense amount of blocks that my SD card (even when it is empty) does not have. So, I was wondering, is it possible to transfer data from one SD card to another with a first gen 3ds system. I know that it's possible for the new systems, but I just want to make sure that it works for mine, too.
Thanks for your support,

You can always get a SD Card with more memory like a 4 Gig or a 8 Gig . You can transfer data between SD Cards using your computer to transfer the files . I don't think it's possible to transfer using just the 3ds so I'd best suggest getting a SD Card with a larger capacity :)

You might a need a computer to complete the data transfer from one SD card to another. It's a mere matter of moving to files as you would any other files on your computer. Also I recommend at least 8 GB because 3DS games do take up quite some space for me, a 2 or 4 wouldn't last as long.

You need a computer but yes you can transfer data from one SD card to another. Just drag all the files out of your current SD onto your desktop and then put it on the new SD card and all should be good.

I wouldn't really recommend the AoT game though. People are saying it's God awful.

Thank you for your help. I supposed that I needed a computer in the first place, but I just wanted to know if I could just transfer the SD card data. Once again, thank you.
