If this place was ever maliciously spammed this controls would minimize some of the damage, so it is worth the inconvenience. keep posting and you'll get the timing right.Just count to five before pressing enter every time you feel excited when typing.

I usually need 15 seconds to reply, so I have to wait more time.

It's happened to me before. Normally I don't post that quickly unless I have many forums in many different tabs open at once
