Well he was referring to PokeBank if you did not know , if I'm not wrong he was trying to say by leaving a pokemon in the PokeBank you can get battle points.

Yeah, I knew he meant Pokémon Bank, but I didn't know you can get Battle Points that way.

if you go on the website official website you will see it says you can get battle points or the other one of global link
