If everyone stopped sneezing, how long would take for the world to notice?

Technically everyone there could be lying and people might have already stopped sneezing, I havent heard anyone in my house sneeze including me for a couple days now..

That sounds really cool, though I kept sneezing today maybe it's a sign I'm going to stop. Though it might be a year until anyone noticed.

I sneeze a lot when I'm sick, feeling bad or in a place where dust is abundant. But I don't think that anyone would notice that I stopped sneezing in real life unless they really had the idea of seeing if I would sneeze at all. Normally though, I don't sneeze at all ;p
