If Nintendo is allocating most of its resources to the NX, whats left in store for Wii U owners?

I noticed recent rumors aying that the NX will have Wii U ports and some of its first party titles are going to be Wii U projects that wasnt feasible due to its sales.

If that is true, what is left in store for Wii u owners? So that they wont feel betrayed?
 
If it was true, then yeah. That might just be really unfair to people who own a Wii U or actually bought one recently and expected and/or wanted said games. Still, maybe just a slight little hope that Wii U will live on just a little more :p

Then again... rumors are rumors :panda:
 
I doubt it, unless they mean games that are still in the earliest stages of development. The Wii U market is here and now and developers know what to expect, porting the game to the NX is a BIG risk. So maybe some games will go to the NX but I suspect you won't notice, there won't be a game-void or something alike.
