With the very few Japanese knowledge I have (respecting the no Google Translation challenge), this is roughly what I get. Keep in mind, I'm not even too sure about it:

I'm (unknown verb)-ing (something small, since there's 小). Thinking (考え方) about a name (名前). You're writing in Japanese (私は日本語を学んでいます, not sure about the meaning of 学 here). You and something (一緒) are something (練習), and something related to another person, maybe (人 usually designs a person) ? Welcome!

Again, I know way too few kanjis to read it up entirely, so I may have made a few mistakes here and there.
