I think he's referring to Code Geass. If that's the case, I'd choose Lelouche's Geass, just because it's the one I'm most familiar with. I never got around to finishing the series. It's a little bit long... :p

I would take Marianne vi Britannia's. I don't think it has been confirmed, but in theory it pretty much lets you live forever :p

Having Lelouch's Geass would be lovely but I'd end up using it at the wrong times. And since that Geass only works once per person... xD
