Well, if it was a small and fast boat, I would most probably spend the first few days riding it all around Hoenn, just cruising everywhere. If it was a bigger boat, then I could treat it like Nighttime Soaring and listen to the music while having a casual water stroll. Seriously though, Nighttime Soaring music (named Soaring Illusions) is so calming to listen to.

I'd use it instead of Surf. I don't want to tire my poor Blastoise by doing all my river crossings and nautical explorations off his back.
