I would say that 3 games I really want would be:
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
Mario Maker

I think the games you must have are mario kart 8 (this is the reason why I actually bought my wii u), super mario 3d world (the game is outstanding and you can play it together with some friends locally and have real fun multiplied by 4) and Bayonneta 2 which is an exclusive game to nintendo's library.
There are also amazing titles that were just left out because you just asked for 3, but i can mention dk tropical freeze, captain toad tresure tracker, super smash bros

The first one would be super smash bros. I always was a fan of the smash bros series. The second one is mario kart 8. The graphics are amazing with loads of new characters to race as. The third one is super mario 3d world. The game looks colorful with creative enemies and bosses.
