I'll be getting a Wii U next Saturday for my birthday, but I need help!

Well, two things.

1. What should I know or do when I get the Wii U?

and 2. What do I do to pass the time until next Saturday comes?

Hm. I'll skip question one since I don't own the Wii U. But Saturday is really close, so I'd say search up games you'd like for the Wii U, and learn more about how the system works, look at some reveiws, gameplays that don't reveal huge spoilers, or play your 3DS

Well, do you know what games you're getting/want? If not I suggest looking some games up. If you use Club Nintendo they currently have Super Mario World from the SNES up for 200 Coins, so if you haven't played it that's a must.

As for Wii U exclusives I recommend...

-Wind Waker HD
-Super Mario 3D World
-Pikmin 3
-LEGO City Undercover
-Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
-Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze
-NES Remix (if you're into that kind of thing.)

If you have gotten a Wii U yet, I hope you like it, if you haven't here are some reasons to get one.

The Wii U is the next generation system from Nintendo so that means that it has full support from Nintendo and Partial support from all the games on PS3 and Xbox 360, it has "kiddie games" and also some M17+ Titles as well from ZombiU (an exclusive) to Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Ghosts, maybe Advanced Warfare. While if you have younger siblings or you like playing Mario yourself you can get Super Mario 3D World, New Super Mario Bros U and Mario Kart 8 all on the same console.

If you already buy the Wii U bundle MK8 i should suggest you to pick a game from the promotion but a multiplayer game wouldn't be so bad at all.
