You can't get a level 1 Pikachu, the egg hatches as a Pichu and u have to get max friendship and level it up to get it to evolve into Pikachu. The minimum level for a Pikachu is 2.

I don't think u r understanding what i'm saying. The egg will be a Pichu, so u have to lvl it up for it to evolve into a Pikachu. U can only get a Pichu at lvl1, Pikachu will be lvl 2.

well when i breed pikachue's not pichu's they hatch at lv 1

well you can't breed a pichu with out a pichu
