Internet connection help?

My mom's computer and phone are connected to the internet.
My sister's phone is connected to the Internet.
My phone is connected to the internet.
But neither my Wii U, my 3DS, nor my brother's Xbox 360 is connected to the Internet.

Basically, they won't connect to the game systems. The connection test says it's connected to the router, but not the internet. Yet the phones and computer can connect. Can anyone help me with this?

Try checking if the router has restrictions against them ( by going onto a computer and in the address bar, typing 10.0.0.1, and checking the details)

Maybe there is a restriction which only allow you to connect a certain amount of devices, or your ISP is blocking your Wii U and consoles from connecting to the internet.

I recommend that you contact your ISP for help with your connection problems.
