Devil Survivor is the first game. Then there's Devil survivor overclocked, the remake.
This is Devil survivor 2 (not a sequel, basically its own game), and Devil survivor 2 Record Breaker, the remake.
In both the remakes, there is extra content which can be considered a sequel, overclock having the 8th day and Record breaker having an entirely new arc.

Yeah. This game is a remake, with better graphics and has voice acting. It has an added level so it kinda makes you buy it. If you have played the first second one, it does not seem worth 50 dollars. But like EpicR said, it has an 8th day that extends the gameplay further to guarantee 100 + hours
