is dlc overused and overated

I know this may sound a bit naive of me but I and maybe a few other may think that DLC are overused and overated and before you say we dlc users are practicing with them and only people who don't have it say that kinda stuff but if you are saying that then take a good look in the mirror and play smash and your see a Roy ryu Lucas or mewtwo player 99 percent of the time

I still use Kirby and a lot of other characters even after all the DLC came out so I don't think they are getting overused or overrated. Plus having they DLC characters or not doesn't make a difference in how you play the game. I could fight a bunch of Mewtwos, Lucas, Roys, and Ryus online and still have a equal chance at winning if I used Kirby or some other non DLC character.

I only have one DLC character, which is Mewtwo, and I don't use him very often. DLC is not overrated and I hardly find a match online with someone using a Ryu, Lucas, Roy or Mewtwo. Even in For Glory, which is where I expected to see DLC characters, I don't encounter any.

i don't really see dlc characters online that often. Most people are still sticking with their mains regardless of whether or not they buy dlc. I have all characters and while I use them enough to make the purchase worthwhilem they aren't my go to characters. And there's not really that much dlc, and it's all come out relatively recently so it's not a big deal

Most People dont want to waste their money on additional stuff and dont like the character choices they put in SSB4

I've rarely seen DLC characters online other than after a few matches maybe their show me their DLC for fun if I show my DLC. Mostly they are used because of practicing them out and sure you can use the other fighters as they are just as good and can have customs if you want. They are not overrated or overused by any means.
