Google is yours and my friend you know, but cool moose is basically a cafe that sells mainly ice cream and breakfast. I got a $5 gift card from my school for handing in 100 box tops, and soon they are going to allow orders online, so im thinking that once they allow online orders I'm going to raffle or auction off this baby for some play coins. Do you think I could do this with a card like this?

It would allow you to see that it shows a clothes brand, a cafe in Ontario, a Grill in USA and a creamery as well in Ontario, so multiple stores.

For your main question, it all depends of how this service works with online orders. I'm just not sure it will be really popular on pedia, but I don't think you can't auction it here (again, depending on how the orders work once they put their online orders up)
