Is play asia safe?

So the situation is like this- I want Pokemon OR/AS and Have a bit of money.The 50 dollar card on the web is 3600Rs and The physical copy is 2700Rs.Has anyone used the site?Is it safe?How much Time will it take to ship to India? I live in India so no e shop cards here:cry::cry::cry:.Please Help.I have currently 1500 and will order after 15-30 days after the release(money problemo).So final ques- Is play asia safe for ordering physical stuff?
 
It is safe. I have ordered physical copies to Singapore then sent to Indonesia (my country). The time needed to ship depends on which fee you choose; it will be sent from Hong Kong.
