In Pokemon Rumble Blast, there was a move switcher and you could pay P's to get a random move thta Pokemno can learn. Well, is that in Rumble World because I can't find it in the town. Is it at a later level and you can buy it? Thanks!

i think it was at around rank 26 that one of the king's challanges offer the move tutor shop as reward. It can also switch moves between a and b button for free.
