Is there any lag in Splatoon's online multiplayer?

For those of you who have been playing Splatoon's multiplayer gameplay a lot, have you experienced any lag during gameplay sessions and if yes, how bad was it?

I was a bit worried about Smash Bros. for Wii U as well before its release, but surprisingly the lag was little to none ^-^

i've experienced a bit of lag, but it's usually pretty stable so long as i'm not trying to watch a video online at the same time. and it doesn't die too often if i don't put too much strain on my connection. but when it does lag, the ink still shows up after a while. it's just a pain when trying to swim or recharge in your own ink that isn't there yet on your screen lol. i also get a lot of kamikazi going on, but i think that's mostly just due to the weapons going off after you splat someone. the fact that i can even run it at all on my poor connection is a good sign. smash just crashes my net instantly.

I have experienced it sometimes. When I am trying to snipe a player that lags, it gets very hard to do because they start going all around the place and I get aim properly. However, I haven`t experienced it that often, so I don`t think it should be a problem if you have a stable internet connection.

I have experienced some lag. Sometimes I spray ink on several parts but appears a few seconds later. This is a pain sometimes because when I spray ink over my opponents ink, I may have to wait 2-3 seconds before it finally appears. And worst of all, I take damage until my ink shows up when I'm standing on the place I inked.

If you have a busy connection, it's very, VERY annoying to play. Your ink coverage is sometimes delayed, and you know you're out when it pulls out "The connection is unstable". Heck, I can't play if there's 3 or more things on my wifi at once ;-; it's pretty beefy imo
