I have a problem! You see Monday I sent my left joy con to be repaired. The UPS Tracker said that the joy con arrived at the repair center the next day. However the Nintendo repair status has been saying "Due In" For the past few days. Today I was able to contact Nintendo through chat and apparently I was told that there was an issue in processing the package by the technicians. I don't know what that means, should I be worried? I made sure I did everything right with the packaging (Included the Joy Con as well as the note that contained all the information needed) I hope I didn't do anything wrong. I am at a loss here.
