Ok here's how you play (it's very very simple)

Someone is the juggernaut for a game. It costs 3 PC to play them in a game. If you win you become the juggernaut. If you lose, well, juggernaut has 3 more PC. You can only be juggernaut at one game at a time. If a juggernaut is inactive ( 1 1/2 weeks- 2 weeks) they will be replaced

Ok, I need some clarity... So, for instance, since you, @Nova are the jug of MK7, if I beat you in a race then I would become the jug. And if I won a challenge with someone while I was the jug, then I would remain jug and get 3 PC from the one I beat?

Yes, you're all correct, the only thing is if you beat a jug he still keeps the PC. It costs PC to challenge them
