So-o-o-o-o I finally got enough credit together for Game Stop to get my (New) 3ds XL.....went for the Black....I will be updating my profile with my friend code......and I will be getting some games and throwing down!!!

Wow ! Congrats on your New 3ds :D ! I hopw you enjoy it and experience the cool things like the face-tracking 3d and the amiibo support and especially the cool better CPU as well as the new C-Stick . I wonder how it feels :p . I guess your very very lucky because I am probably not gonna get it until like ummmmmm a lot of years . I hope you enjoy the cool exclusive games that support it !

Dude that is awesome my cousin had a 3ds xL, I've got to admit that I was impressed by the size and how they were able to put it that wide and huge and still make it 3D

It depends. I got one too (same, black N3DS XL) but I don't even use it because I play on my good old white 3DS XL. I'll probably see the point of my N3DS XL when exclusives come out but for now it's useless... And the C-Stick is unusable due to my long nails (my nail hit the hinge before my thumb is on the C-Stick and I can't move it)...
I know it has some points that are better than on old 3DSes but still, that's not a reason to spend 200€ on it yet I guess.

L-o-o-o-o-v-e the HUGE screen! And the 3d that doesn't hurt my eyes or give me migraines!

My second youngest daughter liked it so much she just traded her DS lite in with her birthdays/Christmas money that she has been saving to get one today as well!

Lol I would totally do that as well . I am really considering buying it because I really don't like small screen and it sometimes hurts my eyes a bit if I play too long >.< Well congrats to you again I really hope I get mines a soon as possible but that will be like years from now

Thanks.....I am also siked about the new 3d systen because the old system would mess with my eyes in just seconds.

haha mine too the new 3ds XL is really amazing i'm probably going to sale mine 2ds and my sister 2ds and try to get it maybe..... plus my ds the left and right keys are jammed because i sat on it be accident AND IT STILLS HAUNT ME :vamp::vamp::vamp:

I'm happy for you! I got mine as well a couple of weeks ago and gosh, I don't regret it at all! It will be even cooler when exclusives come out, can't wait to try them out ^^

Yes it can, and it can play DS games too.

Nice! hoping to get one later on as well if some more games besides xenoblade chronicles 3d come to it. Really want to see how different the new 3ds' game card will be from the regular 3ds' game card to stop people from trying to play xenobalde on the regular 3ds :p

I think the cart will be the same, just a little "New" on the sticker...

since the port is the same from what I see, nothing different from the 3DS.

  • How is the camera on there? And improvements?
  • Is the interface prettier :3?
  • Aren't you annoyed by the game chip thingy being on the bottom ? #fixingtheunbroken

Didn't try the camera yet!
The Interface is almost the same, you just have a couple of extra options in the top left menu (the one with the themes)
Game chip? Cartridge? You don't feel it at all!
The hinges seems sturdy, when I shake my 3DS, the top screen doesn't move at all as opposed to my 3DS and 3DS XL!
