Just started watching/reading Jojo

Exactly at new year, I watched Jojo chapter 1 and it felt like those old school shounen animes that I used to watch. I'm really really picky about anime nowadays, unlike when I was in college, I used to watch all kinds of anime but I think Jojo hits that spot with those oberly muscular characters saving the day with their sense of justice and appealing story. It has its flaws like retcons(giorno's reflecting power), missed opportunities(Josuke's backstory), Mcguffins(Majority of the story of all chapters are Mcguffins), Throw away characters(a lot of them), too much Character juggling(Diamond is Unbreakable), characters that they couldve still used like Fugo and Smokey(Golden Winds and Battle Tendency respectively).

Well thats what I think of the Jojo anime/manga so far. Im still reading Stone Ocean rn and I think I'm about done with it lol
