So, to enter the KoopaBall Lottery, first pay any amount of PlayCoins. It needs to be at least 5 PlayCoins, but I am noting that a larger payment has a chance of slightly raising your chances for the win. Your lottery ticket must have your name, your payment, and a four digit lottery number on it. I will do a new lottery and award the winner every Wednesday. In the rare event of a tie, the award will rise and more people can enter(for larger rewards) until the next Wednesday.
