L4 Memento Cottonee

I've an interest in breeding a Cottonee with EM Memento, but there's no current method to obtain Memento Cottonee via normal breeding in Sun due to the only pokes who can pass it to it are the Hoppip line, which are Bank exclusive. Despite that, people are using Memento Cottonee in Battle Spot, and there's only ever been one event Whimiscott/Cottonee, and it wasn't recent, so I'm assuming someone somewhere has hacked that EM in and dispersed it's breedjects via WT or GTS.

Since they've probably trickled out and already been bred by a ton of people, I'm not necessarily concerned about it's origins, but I'm looking to pay 15pc to anyone who trades me one of these Whimiscott/Cottonee.

It appears that Cottonee with Memento can't be traded! Which is strange because I've ended up with Pokemon with other illegal moves before. :/ Sorry!

Lol, I'm quite surprised, but IIRC, ORAS did the same with some mon. Here, thanks for the effort, take this as a consolation. @Marc could could you close this thread?
