Mine is Gen 4 because in my opinion it has the worst starters. :cat:

Gen IV had the merit of being good at least, since it introduced a bunch of nice Pokémons and a nice region.
While Gen V was the "meh" for me. The story wasn't as interesting as in Gen VI, IV, III, II and I, and while the region was quite good, I have to list what I wasn't a huge fan of/got me bored:

-I often felt the sensation of having nothing to do.
-Synchro-Game or whatever it's called was good too, but always waiting 24h before switching Pokés was such a pain!
-The Heylink, with no online support was a missed opportunity, or a bad execution of a nice idea.
-Transferring from Gen IV makes you play a mini-game, and if you fail, well, no import for you. Imagine doing it with loads of Pokémon to transfer from Diamond.

I still have Pokémon Black. But I'm simply using it for PokéTransfer purposes.

gen 5.

Worst pokemon and just overall the game felt meh, the story was really good. But aside from that, the game felt really bland. Given it could have been a better game if it was for the 3DS perhaps, maybe, possibly.

gen 5,the story was bad and the starters were bad but there were some enjoying moments like when getting a shiny garchomp from alder.Even the gens from past the past were better and harder, that made it more enjoyable.I hate when pokemon gen are boring and the games are easy.

The majority of us I think can say Gen 5 was pretty bad I also think that too. In my opinion I think Gen 1 was bad and good at same time.
It was good since I loved first gen and because my first game. (Don't Hate)It's also bad since there wasn't very much to do or enough content in the game. Go Ahead and reply back with a counter arguement (How you spell it? lol)
Anyways I think I kinda proved my point here.

Gen V...I didn't feel that the new graphics introduced there were actually an improvement...yeah, they were animated, but that technique was still kind of rudimentary and many pokemon actually looked better in DP, specially their back sprites (dragonite looks like a <censored> in BW). Then, several Pokemon had awful desings and concepts: Garbodor, Sigilyph, the monkey trio -worst trio ever-, conkeldurr line, yamask line, gothitele line nad others...I felt like gamefreak was running out of good ideas, so I didn't even got Black and White 2...Gen VI got me back to the franchise with Mega evolutions, but I think that X Y's story is even weaker than DP and BW, which are bad...

I know Xy story was kinda bad bu too me it seemed stronger than BW story also the features made up for it

I want to say Gen 2 because, from what I heard of it, the game takes really long to finish. If it weren't for the GCN games my least favorite would be Gen 3 because I never grew up with the GBA games and the art style isn't that good, especially with certain Pokemon sprites like Walrein's. And Jigglypuffs are endangered in Hoenn. ;-;

Why would a game be bad since it takes long too beat?
I would rather enjoy a longer game than a shorter game wouldnt that just mean a lost of content? Pretty good imo.
lol at jigglypuff comment. I haven't gotten to finish 3rd gen just yet(BUying ORAS)

My least favorite gen is 6. It is so bland. There is basically nothing to do post-game. It's like they focused more on graphics (even those aren't the best) and the mega evolutions. The game had so much potential plot wise. It just felt very short like they rushed it. And they made the games a lot easier than those in the past. Overall, I really didn't care for it.

To me, it is Gen 5. It is very much disconnected from other generations. the gameplay is improved but I is still pixelated and the new pokemon don't look so good. Also, the gyms are difficult to spot now :(

Gen 5 just based on region design. It's WAY too linear. I'm not a fan of back tracking in games, but Black and White were literally just a big circle.

Other than that Gen 5 was fine imo.

Whatever one was black and white. Starters were bad. Story was bad. Not much graphics improvement since diamond and pearl and platinum. The second ones were just money makers with pretty much nothing new. Post game wasn't good, either. So in all, Sinnoh region Black white black 2 white 2 were the worst generationgeneration

To be honest with you, I would have to say Gen 6. I mean megas are a good idea in theory, but then you think about how broken some of them are, and it's just like..can you not?

Plus, I really hate fairies. As a flying user (I'm more talking in the context of Pokemon Showdown now), I used to run curse Skarmory and like a couple of dragons..but now there are fairies, and a lot of the stuff I used to use just blatantly fail now. Of course, we need newer gens to move forward, but..I didn't even really find Pokemon X to be all that fun either.

My least favorite gen was gen 5 because of the linear routes and the lack of connection to the other regions and current pokemon universe. I saw that Nintendo was going for a 'new beginning' feel but it didn't feel like that at all. Also gen 5 came out hecka fast to me imo. Gen 6 came out and I still didn't know all the pokemons names from gen 5. But really I can't complain much I love pokemon.

I liked the black and white games, the problem is their remakes sucked.Kyurem looks ugly and the story wasn't interesting at all.I wasn't even happy with the champion Iris, she's literally a 7 year old.Why would a seven year old be a champion? And the Black 2 White 2 girl main character looks like she has wheels on her head. The guy character looked pretty okay. And when Kyurem is fused with Zekrom it looks worse it looks 100 times worse than before. This is just my opinion

Gen 5 I hate black 2 and white 2. Mostly I hate the girl character she is like shauna's mom or something like that. Because they both have the same hair style. And I hate the new champion. I never expected Iris to become a Pokemon champion. The part I liked was the movie making place. I kinda like how the guy character looks like. And I also hate the rival in B2/W2 because normally your character would defeat the gym leader after your rival but in B2/W2 your rival beats the gym leader after you. It's like your rival is the main character in the game. B2/W2 is the worst Pokemon game in Pokemon History!.

I was so scared on seeing that people are hating Generation 5  I personally loved it . It improved many spots in Pokemon games and the story was also great in my opinion . I guess what kinda brought it down was the Pokemon . They weren't very creative . ( Vanillite , Trubbish , etc. ._. )

I think that my choice would go for Generation 6 since of the non post play , but still I like it very much :p

My least favorite generation would be 4th gen. It is has my least favorite storyline. It just isn't the best. I also don't really like the starters, I had a hard time choosing because I don't really like any of them. I also don't really like 5th gen. It had a to in depth storyline for me and I wasn't very fond of their starter either.
