what is your least favorite move in pokemon, the reason I' am asking this is because well there is a lot of moves that we all love but there are move that most of us wish that wasn't even in a pokemon game or in any game of that matter of fact so anyway what is your least favorite pokemon move, mine is tackle because it so weak but any move that lower down your stats is bad too.

  • Attract - It takes no effort to land, but the RNG to not get immobilized by love is pure BS
  • Splash - But nothing happened
  • Frustration - It's easier to make pokemon love you than hate you
There's the holy trinity

Confusion - I hate it when the Pokemon attacks itself, waste of a move, and they get hurt ;_;
Protect/detect - When you're about to make the enemy faint and they use this, and when it's spammed in general xD
Karate Chop - Always lands critical hits, getting attacked by it is bad. xD
Swagger - Risk of getting hit by a super powered move, even though the enemy is confused, and who even uses this move anyways xD

I'm excluding Splash for obvious reasons.

You know, I didn't get into the competitive game till recently, so I was, for the majority of the time I've played Pokemon I haven't given half of a damn to stat raising (and lowering) moves. Usually if someone used a move like Swords Dance I would have laughed at them. But one stat lowering move I still cannot understand is Memento. It KOs the user and lowers the all the active opponents Pokemon's attack and special attack sharply. And on a personal note the many times trying to catch a Spiritomb, I attempt to weaken him- NOPE I'LL GO KILL MYSELF BYE!

And Mentronome- a fun move to use, yes, but if I were to count the times I have used Screech, Luner Dance, Selfdestruct, Explosion and Memento... Way to many times my friend...

*Swagger is also a banned move in competitive play xD

N(p2016 or POYO) attract is good. Think of it. Attract plus Confusion plus Paralyze hax = 1-20% chance of attacking. Sure the move may not work on certain pokemon but it's good. It's cheap but what about spore. Spore is cheap too. But no one complains about spore.

Protect, if only because the AI loves to spam it.

Growl is definitely my least favorite move in not just the main series Pokemon games, but also other games such as in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. It's just simply useless and practically annoying every time wild Pokemon use it. Nobody ever keeps that move in any situation xD

For me it's Substitute, everyone loves spamming the move on Showdown to the point I made all my Pokémon block the move or have a move that makes it fade. I feel like it's a cheat move for those who want easy wins. :meh:

I hate Dark void. It's not fair. It can put multiple pokemon to sleep at a time. It's accuracy is 85. That is more than hypnosis. Which is bull because hypnosis only hits one opponent. Then Sakurai being a troll put Darkrai in Smash as a pokeball

ATTRACT
ITS A PURE EVIL MOVE ;-;

By ones I hate.
  • Swagger, this move is just so annoying and is a great comeback move on said teams, such as support prankster Pokemon. Remember that Pokemon called klefki? I'm sure you do it's hard to forget. Well my friend loves to play klefki and hear is why...Swagger, Thunder wave, substitute and leftovers is a practically unbeatable set for klefki, before you say it isn't it is possible to one man a team with klefki.
  • Will-o-Wisp, there has been so many times when I have just a sweeper left on my team such as M-mawile with Trick room set up then my opponent whips out their Will-o, obviously I had'em before that Will-o.
  • Trick Room, yes some know I play TR but me and others know that in mirror matches this move is just a annoying troll! Even when I don't use TR and I play a speed based team it's still a troll!

Frustration by far. Why make a pokemon hate you instead of love you? And its practically impossible to keep it at the lowest happiness or whatever since every 100 steps i think you get 1 friendship point which would weaken the move. Just teach your pokemon return and get its happiness up. Besides have you ever even seen a competitive pokemon with the move frustration?

On top of that itsmax power is lower than return's, I'm pretty sure.

Mine is fake out because you can only use it once and it only does like 20 damage and makes them flinch so I don't like it
