I literary only just bought Megaman Legacy Collection, can I see everything in it without the amiibo? or did I cheat my own self by buying a game I may not be able to finish completely? (not that I could do anything to change this fact, I can't return the game of course...)

Ah... I really wish I knew what the amiibo was needed for, I'd know if
I should've bought the physical copy...

The amiibo unlocks bonus modes and can be used in smash bros. It's more of a collector's item
