Let's make some new eeveelutions.

At the very least, give a name, type, and evolution method. You can give as much other information as you want. You can even use types that are already used. I came up with 5:
Eclipseon
Type: dragon
Evo: trade while holding dragon scale or teach a dragon move. (It gains dragon dance as an egg moves for this)
Dex entry: wingspan pokemon. With its huge wings, it creates an eclipse as it soars through the sky.
Ability: air lock/cloud nine

Wraitheon
Type: ghost
Evo: level up when friendship is less than 30.
Pokedex entry: vengeful pokemon. When it was alive, this pokemon's trainer tormented it horribly. It will never rest until its trainer pays for thier actions.
Ability: vengence (when the ot and id of the player matches this pokemon's, all stats are multiplied by 1.5, but it will never listen to you, and friendship will never increase)

Zergeon
Type: bug
Evo: level up when 2 other pokemon in the party are bug types with the ability swarm.
Ability: overrun (if a moves power is 60 or less, it can hit 2-5 times)

Zaphyreon
Type: flying
Evo: take damage from delta stream

Neutreon
Type: normal
Evo: reach level 30 without meeting the conditions of any other evolution.
Ability: normalize

The supposed Zaphyreon sounds impossible because the only Pokemon that can have Delta Stream is Rayquaza and would if you could not get Rayquaza in Sun or Moon and there is no sign (but might be) Trading Pokemon from X,Y and ORAS and there is no way there is going to be any other Pokemon knowing Delta Stream because that is Rayquaza`s Main Mega Ability and so maybe he could evolve in sky battles.

But eevee cannot participate in sky battles, so that would be impossible. If that doesn't work, maybe have it have something to do with the pretty wing.

OH and Again with Wraitheon its impossible to get low happiness because you just get happiness by walking unless all you do is revive and kill Eevee over and over again and it also get happiness by being in battle and even being in your team so that way of evolving less likely. I think it can either evolved by going in to a ghost house or haunted place or dusk stone

But you can have a flying Pokemon and have Eevee with Exp Share and Level up with Sky battles. Did you think of that? Sorry for being rude its just all of this stuff I said is more likely to happen than what you said

You don`t understand it`s just that you need to have Eevee evolve is to have it in your party with Exp Share and evolve it with a sky battle how hard is that there are plenty of Pokemon where you don`t have to have them in front they just need to be in your party to evolve. Your are making this complicated then it is. All you do is a few steps:
1. Have a flying type Pokemon or any Pokemon accessible in sky battles
2. Have Eevee with Exp share
3. Level up by Sky Battles until the next level
4. Let it evolve

how hard is that not unlike getting Eevee hit by Delta Stream which only Mega Rayquaza has which can never be battled except in online battle but you don`t evolve or gain levels in online battle. So that is my point Delta Stream + Eevee will never happen ever unless any other Pokemon but Rayquaza can learn it but no other Pokemon can`t

Your assuming that pokebank will never allow gen 6 to transfer to gen 7. I think they will allow that: if they didn't, pokebank will be losing them money and there will be huge backlash from the playets. It probably wouldn't be that hard to update bank to allow that. Then again, this is nintendo, who are at least 2 gennerations behind on online play for thier consoles, so they might not allow it and take the loss. And those other pokemon don't require a specific battle format to evolve, so, again, it could be a limit of the engine why we haven't seen sometging like that other than it's really inconventiant.

The Delta Stream evolution is impossible because you can`t have an outside Pokemon other than Mega Raquaza which everyone knows no Pokemon can Mega Evolve themselves ( not counting Mega Diancie in the Anime because the Anime and Games are different). You can`t ever get a Pokemon with friendship lower because everything you do involves friendship except fainting them and giving them herbs but still you can`t get that low and if you do you are mean to your Pokemon. A Normal type of Eevee is never going to happen and come on 2 Pokemon with the ability swarm really to Evolve Eevee into a bug type who in the world would even waste their time to get a 2 bugs with swarm and a bug type Eeveelution but have it in the Pokedex at least the bug type Eeveelution can evolve by a bug type Pokemon on your team but like hello are you living under a rock? All I am saying is that your ideas are bad and need to be better like at least take some of my ideas they could actually work(even if you say they don`t it can work you just don`t no nothing about Pokemon). That is all I have to say and I am also Sorry for being mean but your ideas are horrible just no. That is all.

Looks like you don't know as much as you let on, because you have forgontten about double battles. That's how mega rayquaza and eevee can be on the field at the same time.
The mewtwo team plasma created was able to mega evolve into its y form, though mega evolution wasn't a thing at the time, so everyone just thought it was a normal form change.
Technically, diancie didn't mega evolve on its own: it gave bonnie its mega stone early in the movie, which began storing whatever energy mega evolution draws from the trainer, so at the end, when it became important, it was able to mega evolve with just the stone. That's just my theory on that, but they haven't disproved it yet, so it's just as valid as any other theory for now.
Maybe they will improve the game engine in gen 7 to allow for evolutions from certain battle formats, but for now, no it probably won't work the way you say it would. Again, evolurion through a certain battle format has never been done possibly for this reason. And even if something like that would be possible, it would probably still require you to bring the pokemon out in order to trigger it. That's the third time I've explained it: if you still don't get it, you probably never will.
All the eeveelutions have kinda gimmicky ways to evolve except flareon, jolteon, and vaporeon, so most of these fit into that. Did you even bother to read the dex entry and ability description for wraitheon? If you did, then the evolution method makes a lot more sense. I said it only requires 30 or less friendship to trigger it. Considering its base friendship is 70, I don't think it would take that much effort to get it that low (take the freshly hatched eevee to victory road, let it epicly fail against everything, and bring it back with revival herbs. 30 minutes to minimum friendship at most).
I guess your not familiar with the zerg rush strategy, cause thats the inspiration for zergeon. It is useing a lot (as in, 2x the number of pokemon avalible at least) of weak units to overwhelm the enemy. It has a surprisingly high success rate, even at higher levels of play. If we were to actually apply this to the evolution method, it would be the rest of the party needing to be swarming bug types, not just the 2 I ask for. The ability would give us a bug type with some power. Take silver wind (i don't know its power, but, for the purpose of this arguement, it's 60), now it can hit up to 5 times in a turn, each hit giving the chance to raise all stats. And the ability doesn't apply to just bug type moves, so swift suddenly becomes quite dangerous.

For Zaphyreon, if Sun and Moon have the same feature of ORAS where we can ride around the sky, we could say that you needed to level it up with enough friendship while in the air.

You forgot evolution method @Jimpo. @Bobcam7!, that would defeat the purpose of wraitheon's ability and the dex entry wouldn't make as much sense. As for zaphyreon, your idea is a good idea I guess, since soaring battles are treated as normal battles. As for sounding like digimon, that might be because eeveelutions do have a theme to thier names. At least every pokemon name doesn't end in mon.

It would have high HP and Defence

Evo: level up while holding a poisen based item (poisen barb, toxic plate, black sludge, ect.) and knowing toxic.
Ability: poisen touch or poisen point.
