Leveling up/harder Missions question

I'm stuck on some level 3 and 4 missions. Example being some of the fire and poison breathing monsters. i've tried other missions and crafting better weapons and armor. But i keep dieing on these missions.
Is there anything else i can do to better beat these?

A good idea is to keep trying until you can get it'smovements down so that yoy know when to dodge/block. Practice makes perfect, y'know?

 

[Iridium Winter]

Get some G. Wroggi armor, its immune to poison and resistant to fire, plus it's a relatively easy monster. (and it has some nice skills)
