Lf help in designing

I need a sinple design for an xbox 360 controller. I am thinking of custom painting an xbox 360 controller for my sister for her upcoming birthday
But i cant think of a design for it.

Well she likes dogs/ all animals
I know her top favorite colors are
Purple lime green pink and blue
I know how to do a crackle effect or a water drop effect but i dont know how i would introduce one of those

Okay hmm
A controller seems a bit hard to design but there are a coupe good options

You could do some kind of pattern, or a solid background with picture on it, or something. I dunno just giving suggestions
