I need a special Pokemon! I need a Noivern with a high defense and speed stat, 31 each that knows steel wing or
dragon dance and a Blissey with a high attack and special attack, 31 each that knows soft boiled. For one, I will give 4 PC and for both I will give 10 pc and a discount in my shop

so i got a 5iv chansey that includes the ivs you asked, as an extra its a female one in a love ball.
Got noivern with the ivs, it has the egg moves tailwind and switcheroo(this needs to be chain bred 3 times) also with requested ivs, steel wing is a tm move.
