So as the title says I am looking for an action anime with great action scenes, like : fate/stay night UBW by ufotable, really that one sets the bar really high yeah I've seen sword art online, but in no way do those action scenes even come close to fate stay night. Bleach does occasionally have a good fight but I am kinda tired of watching it after 227 episodes and 4 movies.

Have you checked out Fate Zero? It's the prequel to Fate/Stay Night but it's a lot better imo.

As for other action anime suggestions, I'm going to name some you probably haven't heard of because I'm pretty sure you've seen or heard about Attack on Titan (fits your description perfectly) and Sword Art Online.
  • Darker Than Black - you'll love it.
  • Brave 10 - it's pretty good.
  • Ga-Rei Zero - I think it has some 16+ stuff but it'll satisfy your action needs.
  • God Eater - the anime isn't mind-blowing but it's nice to watch.
  • K and then K: Return of Kings - I extremely recommend these. Keep watching after episode 1.
  • Psycho Pass - even if you're not into "guns" in anime, you'll like this.
  • Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis - saw this recently and it's pretty good.

One Punch Man has great animation. Fights... not so much.
Like Marc said, Fate/Zero has great fight scenes and is generally more liked than fate/stay night
Gurren Lagann is hella extreme but full of action.
Noragami had some good fight scenes. Although there is a dip in quality in the second season, the story and pacing far exceed the first one so more people generally like it more.

You know what. Everything that @FLCL has said was pretty spot on. I want to recommend more shows but I can't really think of any original ones. Props for nailing what I would've said.

Errr...Just gonna said the obligatory Attack on Titan and maybe...Madoka Magica. I dunno

I have watched Fate/zero and Fate/staynight UBW and yeah i liked Zero more as well. I have seen K and the movie and oh man I loved it! Do you know if the second season is out yet? All those other ones there I have not seen so I'll add them to my list.

You should watch Hunter x Hunter it has some great fights in my opinion especially later on in the anime. It's a great anime my second favorite anime ever.

One Punch Man is good but the only actual battle is in the last episode of season 1. Because he kills everything with ONE PUNCH.

The one with the best action is Yokai Watch..... Just kidding. Watch Reborn for some good action. Although the fights are later on.

I say Fairy Tail because when they fight they use a combo of magic and martial weapons. Also they are never to over powered compared to the enemy.

Boku no Hero Academia, which is airing right now, has some really great and exciting action scenes. Only has 7 episodes so far but it's already got some epic scenes in there.

I'll add it my list thanks! Rn I am watching K return of kings, it's so good. It is the sequel to K project. It's worth watching the art animation, music, and fights are enough to bring me to my knees, not to mention the story that is really good.

Oh, Kara No Kyoukai has some awesome visuals. The plot is really confusing and it's pretty dark.

Fullmetal Alchemist - as said above, has some great action scenes.
Hai to Gensou no Grimgar/Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash also has a few of them too, however it adds a layer of realism to the mix of the common shounen anime fights. If you're okay with a fantasy/slice of life/action/drama/slow going series that takes a few episodes and patience to get into then you're sure to enjoy it.
and be sure to check others out too:
Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic & Kingdom of Magic
Attack on Titan
Boku no Hero Academia
Hunter x Hunter

Hope you found something worth watching!
