I think there are no download codes for the themes yet which means no one can sell you their theme (because if you purchase it, it will be installed on your own 3ds...). But is likely for Nintendo to do some sort of theme-give-away in the near future as to promote the themes a bit. I really hope there will be one... Anyway if I meet someone with a spare Zelda theme I'll tell them about this thread.
