Can someone please suggest me a new romance anime to watch and also tell a romance anime that isn't well known cause i'm pretty sure i already watched the popular ones. Arigatou guzai mas in advance!

Vampire Knight is dark shoujo romance. I love it. It's obscure, I guess, because they left the story in the anime half-way :( No third season, so I'll have to finish the manga.

I'm not sure how popular these are, since they are both on crunchyroll, but Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo and Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken are both very good in my opinion. Sakurasou's classification as "Romance" is a bit foggy though, imo. Hope this helps. :cat:

Furiko is a short film you can watch, it's about a couple meeting and falling in love and living their lives together, even though it's only a couple of minutes long, I feel it invokes more emotion from the viewer than some 25 episode anime series I've seen.

Spice and Wolf is a romance about a merchant named Lawrence who finds a wolf girl named Holo who begin traveling together and strangely enough, is heavily focused on economics, which is an aspect that gives the series a great amount of charm and appeal as well as depth and realism. In a sea of bad light novel and visual novel adaptations, Spice and Wolf is one of the series that manages to keep its head above water.

Revolutionary Girl Utena is a highly metaphorical and symbolic coming of age story that is very mature in nature as it involves themes such as gender roles and gender identity, it's very focused on the relationships between its characters and features beautiful animation, unique character designs and one of the most amazing soundtracks that I've ever heard. Utena may require multiple rewatches as it overall very complicated, but it is nothing short of a breathtaking piece of art and should be experienced at least once.

Since this thread was revived, I'm gonna go agree with Neofang and say sakurasou! I'm rewatching it now and it's still wonderful.
