Shaymin EX worth something like 50 PC. I believe you're thinking it's 600 PC because the easiest ways for getting packs is buy buying them, but you can also get them in diffrent ways like tournaments.
P.S. I am looking for Roaring Skies packs for few cards, and I want to get them by opening packs.

Thanks! I am also trying to get them, but the easiest packs to get now are Fates Collide because you can make sure you'll get them in 2nd and 1st places (except Legacy tournaments)
