Hoopa and Volcainion are impossible to recieve shiny atm. You can Pkhex them if you so wish, but keep in mind using those in tourneys would be illegal.

I think the only way to get a shiny Diancie is through hacks, and trading hacked Pokemon for PC is not allowed >.<

They aren't shiny. He just needs the pokemon. I'm glad you said that. I probably should have mentioned it
