I need my Celebi to learn 2 Move Tutor moves that can only be done in ORAS (I only have XY ;-; ), which are Stealth Rock (8BP) and Giga Drain (8BP) - 16BP in total. They can replace Heal Bell and Safeguard which are currently on its moveset.
