Looking for Sparkle Snapshots CN full game code

I Am trying to get a hold of this Camera Application Club Nintendo has up on there wall, I am not sure what it would take to get this code, I take picture with the 3DS camera and would love to have this, in the crazy traffic issues I never saw this or maybe it was not up at the time I managed to get in..
so I got something else that I liked ..
I only have 88 PC, and I am not sure what its worth or if anyone can get it but thanks for reading this post ..

no wii u ... those you listed have been used way back there all surveyed and in my account besides poke transport (never heard of this then again I have no more Pokemon games) and jett rocket (this is unown to me)..

I thank you for your help I see there be no way to get this application .. And my Pc here is not enough for it ...

As my mom says theres a reason for why everything happens we just don't always know it ^-^ and im ok with that, one day I will nab it even if its a long time away
