Ever since I joined the site, I've noticed that there are some people that are not very experience when it comes to single battles. I am not the best battler around, but I am an experienced battler. I am sure I can tutor some of you on how to improve at battling, and give a couple of tips for better team building. I will mostly concentrate in the following:

  • Team Building.
  • Best sets for Pokemon.
  • How to predict properly.
  • When to ''play safe''.
  • Building different kind of teams (Stall, Offensive, HyperOffensive, Offensive Bulk, Balance, etc) .
  • How to beat Stall, Offensive, HyperOffensive, Offensive Bulk, and Balanced teams.
  • Any other thing you want to learn/understand/improve.

Things to keep in mind:

- Tutoring for 2 weeks. (if you want more time, you are going to have to register again)
- First come first serve.
- Must pay 10 pc to register
- Patience ( I will be tutoring people as many as I can, you might have to wait a couple of days until I can tutor you)
- If you are inactive during the 2 weeks of tutoring, you are NOT getting days back. (Unless you let me know)
- I play by Smogon rules
- If you are lacking resources such as Items/Pokemon, I will provide them to you.
- You will improve

I would like to register, I'm new to the whole competitive side and the team I battled you with was my first IV and EV team. It's a big thing to try to grasp and I would like your help :). Also, when does the 2 weeks start because I have final exams next week.

Whenever you are ready to start. If you want to start tomorrow, we can. I can extend the time for you until you are done with your finals. xP

Awsome! I think I will wait till finals to end so I can put my full focus on one thing:bookworm:. Oh and one more question, how are we going to communicate during the tutoring? Thanks!:thumbsup:

I'd also like to join! :3 I may have all the badges but I'm still quite new to the competitive side and I feel there is a lot I can improve on, especially when it comes to prediction, playing safe and building different types of teams.

I've paid the 10PC, but I think I'd rather start after my exams have also finished, so I have more time for tutoring. I've just registered early; it may take a month or so to get them all done, let me know if that's not alright.

What you're doing here is very kind and helpful btw, many people will surely appreciate it :)

EDIT: Could we use Pokemon Showdown because I probably can't use my 3ds often :/ Paid PC I am experinced but I want to know mor :3

That's what I am mainly using to tutor people before actually building the teams on the 3ds.

Yes, but that will go later. PS is better to come up with ideas and its easier to team build before actually going to 3ds

I'll think about it. I used to do ubers tutoring myself but that won't stop me from signing up. I'll think over it.
