Loop hole for anime characters?

I know that anime characters will never make it in Smash, but I had an idea. Say when an anime series makes a video game exclusive to Nintendo consoles. But instead of using their established characters, they make completely new characters in a different universe but contain elements in the anime. Wouldn't those characters be considered video game characters? And if the game is amazing and the anime fans love it, they might want those characters in Smash! So maybe that's one way.

Anime Characters would be really awesome to be in Smash I'd main Eren Jaegar for that fact I can see your point in what you're trying to say and the idea's pretty neat Except that it would seem to fall off the regular anime series a bit with doing that

So turbo mode style fighting like Project M Goku and Vegeta? All I know is Light would be OP and thinking on that idea there would have to be some going away from canon strength/size so it would be like Smash. Falling off a stage just doesn't seem fit so I guess percent would work better in that case.

Well you basically made a whole new character with some similar elements to an original character. If that's the case I don't think Nintendo would just introduce a character who was fresh off into video games into smash, otherwise I think an Inkling DLC would've been long confirmed if that was the case. Plus it would seem rather pointless for that though since it would merely disappoint the fans of the anime since they wouldn't be like how they were in their anime, so it's highly unlikely.

I never said anime characters will make it in Smash. I was saying make new characters that are exclusive to the video games of the anime. Weren't you paying attention? For example: Eren Jaegar will never be in Smash, but there was another Attack on Titan video game on Nintendo consoles with new characters. And those completely new characters could possibly make it into Smash.
