Support Needed Lost my account after updating 3DS XL

Hi everyone,
i am hoping you can help me. I just updated my 3ds xl and in the process i have lost my games and can't seem to log into my account. anybody had this happen and have any advice?
 
Log into what account? If you are referring to 3ds have you transferred your data
 
Your eshop account? Is it not letting you log in to your Nintendo Network? You may have to call up Nintendo on that issue
