Just going to share some things about Lucas. This should appeal more to everyone that are not sure about if they want to buy Lucas or not and for those that want to try and use him more effectively. So without further ado let's begin!
  1. Lucas's PK Fire can break through super armor. So if you're fighting a Ryu player that is gonna try to stun with the (forgot the moves name but you know), you can shoot a PK Fire at them and stop them from hitting you then letting you follow up with a dash attack or grab.
  2. Lucas has a ranged grab. He uses the rope snake to grab opponents, much like in brawl. This grab range is great for opponents that keep a short distance apart like Marth. Another thing is that Lucas can kill around 120% with up throw *or back throw if you're close to an edge) which helps a lot. And his down throw can combo into Fair or Nair as well.
  3. Lucas's PK Thunder has multiple hits and sends Lucas flying further. This is essentially better because if you're edge guarding, you can send a PK Thunder and have your opponent trapped within the attack to deal some good percentage. And if you're recovering, you have many options to go with the PK Thunder, use it from far away then aim it to either grab the ledge or hit the opponent standing by.
  4. Lucas's PSI Magnet does damage. A lot of players don't know this as much. You can hold Lucas's PSI Magnet in front of him and if an opponent tries to get you with a dash attack or grab then you can release the PSI Magnet and then start doing your set up.
  5. PK Freeze travels really far. If you're dealing with someone that likes to roll away to the other side, send a PK Freeze at them and ambush them where they roll next. This freezes them for a while allowing you to do some free damage. And the more percentage they have, the higher they fly upward and the longer they remain frozen.
  6. Up smash is godly. If fully charged, it can kill at 30% (confirmed in training room).

I believe number 1 is wrong especially with your example of Ryu. Ryu's down special does have super armor but it only works as long as you hold the button and it doesn't work with multi hit moves so PK Thunder from Lucas can cancel it out as well. His fire going through super armor would be OP. I loved to abuse PK Freeze and his Smash attacks back in Brawl so I sould know how PK Freeze works. I already knew PSI Magnet did damage (you could tell from his reveal trailer too) but it's nice to put that down anyway.

I think a better example would have been Ganon's Warlock Punch. I'm pretty sure it can break through super armor because I've used it a lot on characters like Ganon, Mac (armor punches), and Ryu.
