Who else has attempted or has even Beaten this difficulty? I have and I'm on my 3rd play through of Lunatic +
 
I just started playing Awakening again and plan on doing a classic Lunatic + run after I unlock it.
 
I have started Lunatic and I am ashamed to say I needed a guide to get through the prologue.
 
I've gotten to chapter 3 by myself, but idk what to do anymore... I get swarmed from both sides and lose everytime.
 
I've finally figured it out! Previously I had been going left and getting stomped, but pairing Chrom with Frederick and going right makes it WAY easier. First of all bring along Lissa for healing, and pair her with Sumia immediately. With a bit of luck you should clear out the whole right side in a couple of turns with Chrom and Frederick. This gives you enough time to move Lissa and Sumia out of harms way and use a vulneary or heal on Frederick while waiting to engage the other enemies in the safety of the woods. Don't worry about Kellam because the enemies ignore him too. (I actually laughed when I saw that happen.) The last half was kind of hit and miss for me because that one fighter with the hammer completely destroys Frederick. :dead: Got it eventually though.
 
About the poll: Female Robin is better because males can't get Galeforce, which is a godsend.
 
Female Robin is a savior. Also, I'm not good enough for lunatic ;-;
 
Female Robin gets Galeforce but you can't marry Cordelia as a female so what is life. ; ~ ;
I've finally gotten around to starting lunatic classic, and I'm on chapter three so far. Which proves to be the most annoying thus far. >.<
Mostly because I'm relying on Frederick to tank hits and I have to be wary of the hammer users. I started this to get Lunatic plus, but I'm wondering how hard that's going to be. :confused:
Not going to stop trying though. :panda:
 
If you're stuck on chapter 3 pair Kellam with Frederick or Chrom with him. The pair who's left with MU. As for the guy with the hammer trade over MU's Bronze Sword over to Frederick so he can dodge it and kill him. Also you could just pair MU and Frederick together but that's only 1 unit doingall the work. Also make sure to bring Lissa and pair Miriel with her for the magic boost which gives better heals. Also for Lunatic+ Kellam has a Javelin so trade that to Frederickso he can deal with those counters. And imo MU Males is better because you get Morgan F which is superior to Morgan M.

I paired Freddy with Sumia so she wouldn't be so helpless against the arrows. The speed boost he got let him double hit on everyone, so clearing it was pretty okay from then on.
To be honest though, I would have lost if the hammer unit didn't miss. :hilarious:
I just got through the first four chapters, and now I have the Outrealm gate so I'm just grinding up for EXP. :giggle:

That's the goal isnt it? xD Just beat the first four then grind like there's no tomorrow

My point was that I got past the hard bit, lol. Now I just need to level up and then it'll be significantly easier. xD
