Magikarp Set!

Just a little fun idea I thought of while exploring wonder trade
Magikarp
Nature: Jolly
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Rattled
Moves: Flail, Bounce, -- , --
EV Spread: 252 Atk, 252 Speed 4 HP
This is a set that I thought could go great with a Pokémon that has access to speed boost substitute and baton pass (example: ninjask)
Just start off with ninjask use substitute and build up speed for a few turns then use baton pass switch to magikarp and the hit should take it to 1 HP and activates rattled giving him another speed increase then use flail to finish off the opponents

Yea it may not be the best set but this was a little 5 minutes process I came up with :/

There's a more improved way of doing this and involves the use of different baton passers (gives attack boosts in addition to speed boosts). Might be worth checking out

Good at set.

I recommend you a spinner or a Pokemon with defog because only stealth rock or spikes can fail your sweep

Also if someone use a multi hit like bone rush, mega herracross, or any priority attack.

Also taunt eh...

Sure that is a good standard set, but Ninjask isn't a very good speed boost Pokemon, you could use baton pass Cloyster which is way better in opinion. Plus usually something happens like a rock type or ghost type comes along then what O_O. Plus I wouldn't spend my time EV training my Magikarp a Gyrados is still a better choice sorry. :/
