Majora's Mask 'Massive Bundle' 3DS at GameStop

So, GameStop had this massive bundle for the New 3DS XL that has to be the best value-for-money deal I've ever seen. Shame GameStop isn't two steps away from my house, because for $500 you get:

• A Majora's Mask New Nintendo 3DS XL
• The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D
• The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D special edition guide
• The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
• Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS
• Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
• Eight amiibo - Toon Link, Bowser, Mario, Pikachu, Link, Zelda, Sheik, Kirby

It sold out pretty much instantly, of course. $500 for all that seems like good deal to me.
Or not. I don't know what the value of those amiibos is.

Edit: Did some maths, it just seems like an OK deal to me now; also, they apparently held the MM 3DSes back, which is bad.

Gosh that is so much games for such a low price ! I am pretty amazed almost instantly when I saw the contents . Well I don't even have a GameStop store so I guess I can't have it but lucky for those who might as well get it . I was like "OMG !!! It has all the games I want but then well I guess I will skip the offer . Not because I don't want it nut I can't get it . But this is really an amazing deal

Considering how the MM bundle alone is now selling for almost 350 pounds (UK) online now, it is a good deal; but in terms of MSRP, it's just OK - even a little bad. It's $360 for the system and games and $140 for the amiibos. Like I said, I don't know how much amiibos are worth now, but it wouldn't justify it for me.

Oh my gosh this bundle is actually incredible! Maybe you don't save "much" but just the usual lack of availability of these items makes it quite worthy IMO. But... USA only and already sold out... =(

Wow when Spinner posted this I left the link in my browser and the buy icon thing was still there. as soon as you said this I went to check and it said immediately " Not Available"

Yup, really... Lack of availability eh I'm pretty sure that close to half the buys are scalpers... because it's sadly always like that...

Do you know if they had a one bundle per household politic for it?

Honestly, I would have purchased this had I not already gotten everything included in the bundle (and of course if I was able to get it before stock ran out.) It's a decent deal MSRP but people are selling that New 3DS for around $400-500 anyway. I don't like how GameStop holds items back when they know it's going to be limited.

Majora's Mask Bundle with Smash, Monster Hunter, Kirby and Bowser Amiibos?
Only because of the Majoras Mask Edition of the 3ds, I assume. That's silly.

That seems like a great bundle, but a little pricey. Do the amiibo characters enable some special powers on the Majoras Mask for link or unlock any additional playable character? I haven't heard in any of the reviews or articles if it has amiibo support or if so what does it do.

Heh, would be a great deal but I don't like SSB, MH4U and amiibos are only meh to me. Otherwise I might have got myself an NA N3DS (just so I can get games from both regions ). Aaaaaand also $500 would take a huge bite out of my savings. So to me the deal isn't that interesting at all but it does appear like a great way for gamestop to make some extra money by creating a rush. Great marketing.
