I recently started to play on showdown, and I tried to recreate my OR team:

Flygon @ razor fang
Jolly
Levitate
252 atk & spd, 4 hp
U turn, steel wing, earthquake, dragon claw

Absol @ scope lens
Jolly
Super luck
252 atk & spd, 4 hp
Night slash, psycho cut, shadow claw, stone edge

Sylveon @ focus band
Bold
Pixilate
252 hp & def, 4 sp. Atk
Wish, trump card, heal bell, moonblast

Serperior @ shell bell
Calm
Contrary
252 hp, 200 sp. Def, 44 spd, 8 def, 4 sp. Atk
Leaf storm, nature power, dragon pulse, leech seed

Greninja @ life orb
Modest
Protean
252 sp. Atk & spd, 4hp
Scald, extrasensory, ice beam, gunk shot

Charizard @ charizardite x
Jolly
blaze
252 spd, 200 atk, 44 hp, 8 def, 4 sp. Def
Flare blitz, earthquake, dragon claw, dragon dance.
Note: flygon and sylveon's items are just placeholders until I decide on something better.

The problem with this team is it can only be used in anything goes, which means fighting arceus every 3 seconds, or balanced hackmon, which means faceing teams full of megas. So I replace greninja with this:

Azumarill @ sitris berry
Adamant
Huge power
252 atk, 212hp, 44 spd
Play rough, superpower, aqua tail, belly drum

And while I was at it, I replaced flygon with:

Haxorus @ lum berry
Adamant
Mold breaker
252 atk & spd, 4 hp
Dragon claw, poisen jab, earthquake, dragon dance

Is there any pokemon that could've replaced greninja better (besides lucario)?

For replacing Greninja, I think Azumarill is a solid call, but looking at Haxorus, Absol, Sylveon, Serperior, Azumarill and Mega Zard X as a team, I think there's quite a few things that could be changed to make this team more formidable as an OU team.

Firstly, since Haxorus and Sylveon are more of a liability for you when playing alongside Azu and Zarx, I thought it'd be better if you dropped them. Absol as well, because planning to rely on crits is extremely unreliable and there are other mons who could better deserve a spot on your team. The other three, I thought could serve as a solid core to build around, so let's cross-examine their builds.

Serperior @ Shell Bell
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Def / 4 SpA / 200 SpD / 44 Spe
Calm Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Nature Power
- Dragon Pulse
- Leech Seed

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Superpower
- Aqua Tail
- Belly Drum

Charizard-Mega-X @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 44 HP / 200 Atk / 8 Def / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance

The spoiler is just a repost of what you have above.

Looking at Serperior, a special wall is a good idea, but the special wall build you have on him won't usually save him in a singles match because he has too many common weaknesses to be an efficient special wall, so it might be be better off with an offensive build. Try this instead, Choice Specs is added to give him some wall breaking potential.

Change 1 (Serperior) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Giga Drain

For Azu, Belly Drum is great, but it's too risky and imo, too easy to kill, so for a bit of durability, let's add an Assault Vest. Also, when using Belly Drum, Aqua jet is preferred for your STABbed water attack as the priorty will save him in a lot of different situations. Waterfall is run over Aqua Tail here because it's more accurate and has a flinch chance. Some extra IV's have also been added to speed to outpace other Azu, since Azu is a common OU threat.

Change 2 (Azumarill) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Knock Off
- Aqua Jet

Looking at your Charx, I notice you tried to give yourself a little bit of bulk, but tried to stay offensive with Dragon Dance. You didn't add enough bulk to make a severe difference in a singles battle, but I think your Charx might serve you very well as a physical wall, so let's change it to this build.

Change 3 (Charizard-Mega-X) @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 248 HP / 100 Def / 160 Spe
Impish Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
- Earthquake

As for the other three spaces, we took away your Special wall, and I feel like this team could use a steel type, so how about Specially Defensive Jirachi?

Added 1 (Jirachi) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 SpD / 32 Spe
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Body Slam / Thunder Wave
- Wish
- Protect

You also had a dark type, Life Orb Weavile might be a bit more reliable for consistent damage.

Added 2 (Weavile) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Low Kick

And lastly, you had a Ground type (Flygon) to begin with, how about a Defensive Donphan, for Rocks and Spinning?

Added 3 (Donphan) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Rapid Spin

All together that's

Change 2 (Azumarill) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Knock Off
- Aqua Jet

Change 3 (Charizard-Mega-X) @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 248 HP / 100 Def / 160 Spe
Impish Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
- Earthquake

Added 1 (Jirachi) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 SpD / 32 Spe
Careful Nature

- Body Slam
- Wish

Added 2 (Weavile) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Low Kick

Added 3 (Donphan) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock

Try it out, does this help you out a bit?

Btw, in SD, there's an Import/Export button in the teambuilder on each team listing, play around with it.

I actually have a question about the import/export thing: does it creatae a txt file you download, or do you copy and paste it into word or notepad? I use a samsung galaxy core prime to go online, so if it creates a file to download, I'm not sure where it would be saved to. I'd prefer to not use legendaries as whatever teams I come up with, I'd like to be able to bring into my actual game without much effort or hacking. I used to use a charizard x with only 128 or so evs into attack, but it felt underpowered, so I might just drop the bulk I have in it and go full power. I don't like the idea of choice items locking me into a move as then it's to easy to counter what I have out, so maybe through life orb on it. Unless they messed something up in the programing, absol will critical every time. There's only a few ways to stop criticals from working, and one of those isn't very good anywhere. Maybe I could dtop absol for someone the can run the critical hit setup, but has a lot more bulk, suck as dragonite, or really almost anyone that can learn focus energy. I was already thinking about running excadrill for what you suggested donfan for. Btw, azumarill had 44 speed in it, that's how I have always abbreviatef speed. I abbreviate special defense as sp. Def, but I do understand your confusion, I have probably misread at least one ev spread because of it.

You copy it and paste it where ever you want, I only noted it because I thought it'd be quicker to use than having to type out your pokes each time you have a question. Also since the team was already in SD, it seemed like something worth telling you. There's an import/export option for entire teams and for each individual poke, so make good use of it.

About the "be[ing] able to bring into my actual game without much effort or hacking" comment, I think just the same; I suggested Jirachi because he's been free on wi-fi all of this month and should be for the next two or so days; so if you haven't already, you might wanna steal one of those. That said though, if you wish him to be out, any solid special wall who's typing doesn't clash with the others will do in his team slot.

For Charx, I went defensive because I saw you were trying to preserve his bulk, but yeah, if you want an offensive Charx, go full power. He's exceptional as a offensive threat and exceptional as a defensive wall, but extremely underwhelming when trying to be both, so with him, go full offense or full defense, however, I do ask that you try out that defensive Charx, you might like it a bit. I'd say the same of the Choice Specs set tbh. The best possible thing about Choice items is that they force you to think because you can't be careless when playing them; I love them, idk what your play style is like, but I can 100% guarantee that using them will up your game, so consider it please as the difference in power and damage potential is massive and noticeable.

My suggestion to drop Absol wasn't about whether or not a crit chance would occur in battle, but rather based upon reliability in battle, such as how of the eight pokes you began with, he was most likely to be one-shot in all situations, and I was treating him as a liability for you. Basically, my thought process was that a build like that could only be brought into battle to die, so I told you to drop it, because it's impossible to win that way. If you're bringing anything that definitely will die, you are setting yourself at a disadvantage before the fight begins and are far more likely to lose every fight, despite the 50/50 win chance you should be starting with. It's not that Absol is bad, or even that he's brittle, but a gimmick like that can't be taken seriously in any competitive format. For instance, if you wanted him to be a considerable threat to anyone, he'd at least have to be running Sucker Punch because he's so slow; the thing is, Absol has the potential to be extremely threatening, meanwhile... that set is not... I'm not picking on you, I want you to understand, if you doubt anything I just told you, throw that Absol build into battle as it is versus any of the Pedia gymleaders, and I guarantee you that it will die 100% of the time. However you may feel, there is beyond any doubt, something better, be it another Absol, or another Pokemon entirely, so consider changing it or modifying it.

Lastly, for Azu, I understood that it had 44 speed, nothing was confused. I labeled the speed investment as extra because the common build for that Azu looks like this:

Azumarill @ Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Knock Off

Many ppl run it with 4EVs invested into speed to outpace other Azu. I changed it to 8EVs in speed to outpace those guys, as sometimes, small changes are the best changes.

How about this to replace absol then:
Lucario @life orb
Modest
Inner focus
252 sp. Atk & spd, 4 hp
Aura sphere, dragon pulse, flash cannon, shadow ball

I'll just try the choice specs on serperior will useing it. The only real reason I can see to run dark type attacks is to counter psychic and ghost types, which a ghost attack does just as well while being more nuetral than dark. A special set on lucario because the team already has a mega, and its special attack is just a little higher than its attack. Inner focus over justified because, if I'm not mistaken, justified doesn't stop dark damage and raises only attack, which doesn't benifit any special set anywhere.

I have already claimed and generated the jirachi. Its nature is lonely, and it has perfect attack, special attack, and speed. Its hp is 338, defense is 210, and special defense is 210. I don't know where a good iv calculator is.
